Delivery Cost & Lead Times

a) Shipping and Costs

All prices include shipping by air parcel (handled by local postal services in the relevant countries).

If you would prefer to have your order express delivered, we can arrange for a courier service; please see : (c) Shipping Time below.

Government and local taxes ( eg. VAT, GST, import taxes, customs duties) in the country of delivery are not included in the invoice. You should check with your local customs office to see what these charges might be before ordering.

b) Despatch

Where stock of your ordered product is available, your order will be despatched one working day after it has been received. However, Zero One products are made to order and therefore, your understanding and patience would be appreciated. Where a delay is likely, you will be sent an email with more information on when your order will be ready for despatch.

c) Shipping Time

Standard Air Parcel :
Due to the international nature of our business, it is not possible to give here a general idea of how long it would take from the despatch of the order to it's arrival at your doorstep. When you place an order, you will be informed of the shipping time to the delivery destination. As an indicator, air parcel to a European destination would take about 7-10 working days. Similarly for a North American destination.

Express Delivery :
Should you prefer to have your order arrive sooner, we can arrange for a couriered delivery. This would cut the shipping time to a European city to 2-4 working days but the cost will be commensurately higher. Please contact us for the cost.
